How cancellations and refunds are handled for Geeks Squad services.
Before Work Begins
If you cancel a confirmed service before our team has begun work on it, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Work In Progress
If work on your request has already begun, refunds are assessed based on the work completed. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion, reflecting the research or service time already invested.
Delivered Services
Consultation findings, research reports and digital services that have been delivered as described are generally not refundable. If you believe a delivered service did not match the agreed scope, contact us — we review every concern individually.
